The project is a conceptual exploration of the rich quarries of Carrara Mountain, delving into the spatial memory of the area. Rather than focusing on historical artifacts or extracted materials, the emphasis is on the experiential qualities of patterns, textures, and the surrounding landscape. The design unfolds through four spatial sequences, each cultivating emotional environments that offer a unique opportunity to engage with the essence of marble and the captivating character of Carrara Mountain.
